Where can I repay my loan?You can repay your loan at any nearest branch of any Ukrainian bank with additional fee for money transfer.
Loan reimbursement fee at PJSC “PROFIN BANK” branches amounts to 8 UAH irrespective of payment amount.
Can I make loan early repayment? How is it possible?You can make loan early repayment free of charge. There are no additional fees provided. Just call our Customer Service Department 044-498-21-66 / 67 to warn of intention to make loan early repayment.
Are there any limitations on loan repayment?You should repay full amount of monthly installments indicated in your repayment schedule before 10th of each month in the respective payment period. In case of delayed or partial monthly installment repayment a fine at the rate of 20% of your monthly installment amount will be imposed.
Can I repay loan by bigger amounts than it is indicated in repayment schedule?
You can make partial early repayments of your loan. But you need to call our Customer Service Department 044-498-21-66 / 67 and inform operator the amount of installment you`d like to pay.
If you intend to make partial early repayments from time to time or constantly you need to fill out an application for loan partial early repayment with further reduction of loan term or instalment amount and with loan term unchanged, and send the application to the Bank.
